No matter where you are in the United States or abroad, you can ride or drive with us. We will make our best to welcome you to our successful team. TextRider is ready for a new venture. Let’s get ready to hit the roads. Users can easily purchase a TextRider service. ( TextRider Ride, Taxicab, Lawyer, Doctors, or even Cleaning service provider.) As a user, you will have the capability to place a request, try our app or website. But it is easy to track your driver within the app. Users can easily buy with their credit card or cash. Using cash to place an order must be approved by the TextRider staff administration members.

Log Files follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. User can easily purchase a TextRider service. ( TextRider Ride, Taxicab, Lawyer, Doctors, or even Cleaning service provider.) Using cash to place an order must be approved by the TextRider staff administration members.

Cash approval:

User should contact our office through a text message. The office staff will send you, a form to fill out. It is an agreement between TextRider and you as a User. in this form, we, TextRider will ask you for your name, address, phone number, Identification like Driver’s license or other means of identification, two types of utility bills. And $25 deposits that will be valid for only 5 rides. After exaggeration of this amount, we will bill you in order to continue with the agreement. But you can always place an order with a valid credit card or debit card. Once, all has been set, you can easily place your order. We will make that form available in for your convenient or you can request us to email it to you at All user must present their picture identification to the Driver before entering the Driver’s vehicle. A picture to the User profile is important but not required. Drivers shall receive cash payment from the passenger upon arrival. Drivers are required to keep a small amount of cash in their possession, a minimum of $25 in change in case the passenger requires his or change back. Driver will have his or her picture in the app for the user convenient.Drivers should not open the vehicle to a person that claims to be the User but in case a User place an order for someone else, the User should mention that to the Driver before the trip, by text or voice messages and driver should verify proper identification of that person Driver is required to pay 25% of his or her commission through credit card in order to continue of accepting cash passengers. All driver must pay his or her commission in the or Square cash app , this page will be available for the driver’s only. At any time, a driver may choose to refuse to provide service to a passenger due to how a passenger may behave before or during a trip. TextRider will not to condom bad behavior either through the user or driver. As a Ride Sharing company, our job is to connect you to get you where you want to go or to provide the service that you are in need. Every driver is required to maintain their vehicle in good working condition. We will conduct a visual inspection free of charge to the driver that will be valid for the period of their registration or the vehicle insurance which ever comes first. Once their registration is expired, upon renewal, we will conduct another inspection or driver may choose to select another way to send the inspection of their vehicle, this policy may change at any time. All driver must maintain at least a minimum insurance coverage. TextRider will rate you according to your insurance coverage. A minimum coverage will have less score than a full coverage. Upon an accident during a trip with user, the driver is liable to the user, TextRider must be notified, a copy of the report must be provided to TextRider administration team for record. Driver is liable everytime an offence is committed. After three consecutive accidents committed by the Driver, no matter if the driver is at fault or not. The Driver account will be locked. To continue to drive With TextRider, driver is required to submit a completion of Defensive driving course  and mail the a copy of the certification to  or our website. and must have full coverage. We take safety for you or the passengers very seriously. We want to continue our partnership with you. There is no TextRider without you, Users or Drivers. In case of no vehicle but have a driver’s license, TextRider will rent a vehicle to a driver without a car if available, a rental daily fee of $50, the driver must provide their own insurance during usage. Driver will receive a full gas vehicle, upon return, the vehicle must have the same amount of a gas and in the same condition. If emptied upon delivery, a charge of $50 will be deducted from the Driver’s credit card on file or with square cash app. Vehicles will be available in our Spartanburg site upon request and if it is available at that time of request.


User and Driver will be rating each other. Rating will be based on Safety, behaviour and cleanliness.

Fee: Passengers must keep his or her driver’s car clean, extra fee may apply, if a driver report to the office that you, as passenger made a mess. TextRider will help his drivers to collect that fee from the passenger but TextRider must get proof that passenger had made a mess. Picture of the mess with the passenger pick up and drop off location is required for TextRider to make that claim. The fee is based on the severity of that mess. TextRider wants everyone to respect each other property. In case of lost and found, Driver is required to look back after every trip.But in case the driver didn’t see anything at that time of departure of passenger, passenger is required to provide a detail of missing item to us by sending us, name of the passenger, location of pick up and drop off to Driver must report left items to the office in case found in the vehicle. The office will pay driver to drop that item to Spartanburg office or mail to the office. The office will make all arrangement with passenger to get back to his or her belonging. If you have any questions or concerns of this policy, let us know. Office Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 pm but our Drivers ride 24/7. Any issue regarding any trip, let us know. User or Driver can cancel rides within 60 seconds. Once a User ( Passenger) placed an order the closest Driver ( Partner) may accept the request of that User, the User may cancel the request within 60 seconds. After that 60 seconds, the Driver will receive that cancellation fee. Either User is willing to pay with cash or credit card, the driver will collect that cancellation. For User that will pay with cash, please read the Cash policy that explained how you can pay with cash. Driver who is cancelling a User request after 60 second will put on probation for unable to drive for 7 days, after that his or her account will go back active. TextRider urges that User and Driver to bind by this policy and that will keep us moving for the best. Cancellation can be between $3 to $25 depends on User consistency and the distance the Driver may drive toward the pick up location. Keep in mind, TextRider is not just a Ride sharing company or passenger transport company, or even a TaxiCab company, we are the way to bring people together with respect to each other.Remember time is very valuable to everyone, let’s respect each other time, we depend on each other. Base Fee:

Due to multi service that TextRider or provides, we encourage the Users to check the fare of their service before deciding to request the service. Once User agree to request a service and the Provider accept the service, User is obliged to pay for the service.
